Program Overview

The NVALENT OJT Program is a full-time employment opportunity that provides fresh graduates and early-career professionals with hands-on experience and training in System Administration and Cybersecurity. Selected candidates will start their journey as Trainee System Engineers or Trainee Security Engineers, working on live projects and real-world tasks from day one. The program includes a 6-month probation period, during which performance evaluations are conducted to ensure continuous progress and development.

Program Duration

6 months probation, followed by a full-time role upon successful completion

Rs 90,000/- (One-time fee after confirmation)

Salary Post-Probation

Rs 18,000 per month (CTC, including PF, ESI, etc.)

Training Methodology

At NVALENT, we believe in a hands-on, self-learning approach to training. During the OJT program, there will be no classroom training or distribution of printed or digital course materials. Instead, trainees will be provided with

Paid logins for Udemy courses relevant to their role will be provided

Mentorship

Senior engineers will guide and mentor trainees as they navigate through real-world tasks and challenges.

Self-Evaluation & Task Completion

The primary method of learning will be
through self-study and the completion of assigned tasks, encouraging proactive
problem-solving and skill development.

Selection Process

Online Written Test

Candidates must pass the online assessment hosted at https://learn.nvalent.com/course/1/about

Face-to-Face Interview

Successful candidates will be invited for an in-person interview with a Technical Manager.

Technical Manager Evaluation

The manager will discuss program details,
expectations, and terms. If both parties agree, the candidate will be offered a Trainee System Engineer or Trainee Security Engineer position.

Program Structure

Full-time Role with 6 Months Probation

Job Title:
Trainee System Engineer / Trainee Security Engineer

Live Project Work:
From day one, candidates will work on live projects and tasks based
on their skills and capabilities.

Mentorship:
Close mentorship from the Technical Manager to ensure skill development and learning.

Monthly Evaluations

Continuous evaluations and performance reviews will be conducted by the Technical Manager each month.

Major Checkpoints: Performance reviews at 3 months and 6 months are critical in determining the candidate’s progress and potential for confirmation.

Stipend During Probation

During the 6-month probation period, trainees will receive a stipend of Rs 8,000 per month.
No additional benefits like PF or ESI are provided during probation.

Post-Probation Full-Time Employment

Performance Confirmation: If the candidate meets the required performance standards at the 3rd and 6th-month evaluations, their probation will be successfully completed.
Salary: Post-probation, the candidate will receive a monthly salary of Rs 18,000 (CTC, inclusive of benefits such as PF, ESI, etc.). There are no variable components in theCTC.

Termination: If a candidate fails to meet performance expectations at any checkpoint, they will be asked to leave, but will receive an experience certificate for their time at NVALENT.
